Part 2: New Family Member!

Welcome back to the Watkins Perfect Genetics Legacy! Part 2!

On Brenda's home planet, it was customary for a child's father to decide what career their offspring would procure. The equivalent on this world would be a fortune teller, but Brenda wasn't interested.  She enjoyed defacing public and private property with art! She was excited to find out that there was a way to make money doing the very thing she loved. She decided to switch careers and pursue her dreams of becoming a 'Street Credible' street artist!
*I used her lifetime want points to switch her to a new career. She automatically and instantly wanted to get a street art kit*

Brenda's pregnancy proved to be very nauseating for her, quite literally. She had a very hard time keeping down anything she would eat, and bad smells made her need to vomit almost instantly. She was miserable but knew it was necessary for survival.

Aaron told Brenda he wanted a boy that was healthy and strong like him. Brenda sighed and shook her head, informing him that she was going to have a girl. She could feel it.

Life moved at an alarmingly high rate of speed. Aaron spent most of his time dabbling in alchemy, magic, and collecting from bees, while Brenda decided to excel at street art by tagging the walls of the house. He wasn't very happy about it but knew she might get into trouble doing it elsewhere. He allowed her to continue in order to keep the mother of his children out of jail.

Aaron became adept enough in magic to transform a poisoned apple into a fish!

One starry, cloudless night Brenda heard a weird noise outside her bedroom window. She couldn't pass up the opportunity to catch the neighbor's spying on them again, so she snuck out the back door. She creeped across the lawn towards the neighbor's house, but quickly realized the noise was coming from above her. Her mouth dropped to the floor in shock as she looked towards the sky. An alien spacecraft was hovering 15 feet above her. A bright light flashed, blinding her, and she began to float away from the ground. A primitive alien species dared to abducted her while Aaron slept! It didn't take the aliens long to realize that they had made a terrible mistake, and quickly teleported her off their spaceship. She walked, chest held high, back into the house with a green skin-like substance under her nails and a sickening green blood-like goo covering her knuckles.

The Watkins began to prep for the arrival of their first born child. They didn't know the gender of the baby so they furnished the nursery in neutral colors. Aaron wanted to paint the room green, but Brenda put her foot down. There was already too much green in the house in her opinion. Aaron conceded once again to her wishes. He finds that it fits Brenda's personality, which is fine for now.

Their baby made its way into the world very early in the morning. Brenda woke up with pain in her back and it quickly progressed into full blown labor. She couldn't go to the hospital to have her child, due to the fact that they were both aliens, so she called the midwife that agreed to keep her delivery confidential. The midwife told Brenda that she's seen worse as Aaron just stood around freaking out, which made Brenda chuckle. She found it to be a cute quality of his.

Welcome to the world Ava Watkins! Customary to her native planet, all children are born with two special traits. Ava was no exception, which intrigued Brenda. She wasn't sure this would occur in a mixed species child, as Sims develop their traits over time. It's not something they're born with. Brenda's species has the ability to sense the traits of their blood relatives. Ava will forever love the cold and be absent-minded. She will gain more random traits all through her life as she ages into different stages of maturity.

Brenda was very happy that it was a girl capable of spreading their genetics across the sim world, and Aaron was just happy that the baby was healthy and had all of her finger and toes. A few days went by while they settled in with their new bundle of joy, and each day Brenda became more and more irritated. She finally snapped and yelled at Aaron because he didn't seem to understand that they must continue to procreate. Ava could never be heir due to her skin color. To Brenda's surprise Aaron had no problems having more children. He always wanted a large family. Brenda didn't feel the same way, but knew it  had to be done. It was a successful coupling, and another Watkins baby is on the way!

~*~Ava Watkins~*~
Loves the cold, absent-minded, astrological sign is Cancer, likes Indie music, likes vegetarian lobster            thermador, and loves the color yellow. Has Aaron's skin tone, but other traits are inconclusive.

I must tell you of the love I have for Aaron! Brenda can seriously be nasty and whiny sometimes, but he loves her and puts up with her crazy without batting an eye. He is my favorite baby daddy that I have ever played up to this point. I <3 him!!

Part 1: Meet The Founder & Her Baby Maker!

Hello and welcome to my Perfect Genetics legacy! The rules to this challenge are located at the address below:

The Perfect Genetics Challenge

Say hello to Brenda Watkins. She is the founder and first of her species to live in the Sim world. She has unique characteristics, which is evident by the unusual color of her hair (purple, sometimes looks blue), eyes (light aqua), and skin tone (light purple, sometimes looks light pink). Not to mention her wardrobe!

Brenda's an alien princess stranded on this world due to an unfortunate traveling accident. You see, Brenda's a bit of a rebel, and thought it would be fun to commandeer a ship to appease her unsatisfied hunger for adventure and excitement. Unfortunately, she didn't know what she was doing and crashed landed on a primitive world. The technology that's necessary to fix the stolen ship, call for help, and be rescued is at least 50 years in the future. Brenda quickly realized that she'll have to settle down and resort to procreating with the natives...a fact that made her throw a bit of a tantrum.

Don't let her pretty face fool you. This is one crazy alien woman. She is wildly known on her home planet to be neurotic, as well as over-emotional, inappropriate, a regular schmoozer, and really, really, really dislikes children.

She knew time was of the essence, as she was already well into her young adult life (*stupid game put me at 14 days until she turns into a young adult), so she quickly found a place to stay, began looking for a job, and searched for a Sim to mate with. She needed a baby maker, and needed it yesterday! As much as she dislikes children, she knew she must produce an heir. She would not rest until there was a mini Brenda, or 'something' like that, running around. As luck would have it, Aaron stopped by to say hello. He should have kept on walking...

Brenda liked him, which surprised her. She thought most natives were too primitive, naive, stupid, uneducated, and uninteresting for her tastes. Aaron was different, however, and she soon found herself enjoying their time together. Dragon valley was turning out to be tolerable...well, at least not as horrible as she once thought.

*Sorry these are dark*

Brenda knew what had to be done, so she proposed marriage to Aaron a few days later. She was a little nervous that he would decline her invitation, because they had only known each other for a couple of days. Brenda's jaw hit the ground in amazement when he agreed. Sim men are easy!

Brenda invited Aaron inside to 'celebrate.' However, before he could get too excited, Brenda couldn't help but quell even more of her curiosities. She ask if he would be willing to have a private wedding right here and now. She didn't want the possible questions from his friends and family that inevitably arise when someone rushes into marriage. Even on her home planet it's customary to take time to get to know a potential spouse. He eagerly agreed!

Welcome to the Watkins family Aaron! He agreed to forgo his last name, but only on the condition that they live in his home. He wasn't a big fan of her stone clad walls, and his drive to work would take too long.

Brenda didn't want to seem too willing to agree with his 'condition,' as she believes it's good to let people believe they have the upper hand during a negotiation, therefor allowing her to rip their world apart like a paper airplane when they realize who was really in charge! Instead she countered his 'proposition' with a condition of her own. Donning the most pitiful, pleading face known to Sim kind, and the skankiest outfit she could find, Brenda asked if they could 'pretty please' start a family right away. He agreed and the fun officially starts!

Well...now the fun officially starts...baby music: confirmed!

*Authors note*
Aaron is a wizard! Potion time! Fountain of youth elixirs, here I come! Just in case...

Thanks for reading the first part of my perfect genetics legacy! More to come very soon!!
